Cancellation & Refunds Policy (RAAINO)
## 1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can *cancel any order free of charge until it is handed over to the courier (≈2-3 business days after placement)*.
- Once dispatched, the package cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return after delivery (see Section 3).
## 2. How to Cancel
Email us at support@raaino.in with:
- subject line “Cancellation – Order #__”
- registered phone number
- reason for cancellation (optional)
A confirmation message is sent within 24 hours. Pre-paid orders are refunded automatically to the original payment method once the request is approved.
3. Return & Refund Window
- *7-day return window:* You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or size exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Products marked Final Sale or purchased during flash/clearance events are *not returnable*.
## 4. Return Procedure
1. Submit a return request via email or our “Returns” portal.
2. We email a prepaid pickup label within 24 hours.
3. Re-pack the item securely and hand it to the courier on the scheduled pickup date (1-3 business days).
4. After inspection at our warehouse (2-3 business days), we issue the refund or ship the replacement.
## 5. Refund Methods & Timelines

\*Bank posting times may add 2-3 working days.
6. Deductions & Fees
- Returns due to our error (defect, wrong item) are fully free.
- For “change of mind” returns, we deduct a flat *₹99 reverse-pickup fee* from the refund.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
## 7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will be rejected if the item:
- shows signs of use, washing, or damage;
- is missing tags or accessories;
- is a free promotional item;
- is received by us after the 7-day window without prior approval.
## 8. Damaged-in-Transit Claims
Inspect your package on arrival. Report visible damage within 24 hours with photos of the outer box and product; we will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
## 9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is overdue past the timelines above:
1. Check your bank/UPI account again.
2. Contact your card issuer or bank (processing queues can delay posting).
3. If still unresolved, email support@raaino.in with your order # and refund reference.
10. Policy Updates
RAAINO may revise this policy to reflect changes in logistics partners or regulatory requirements. Latest revision date: *27 Aug 2025*.
